The Algar Waterfalls 

Is a park through more than 1.5 km in length through the river Algar, where you can walk through the bed of the Algar River.

Has large waterfalls and the many springs that sprout from the rock.

Water pools where you can take refreshing baths in crystal clear waters, they were known as a source of health.

Lots of fun in a totally natural environment

Jump in off rocks into the natural pools and Plunge into the water.

From the entrance to the top of the falls would take about 15 – 20 minutes in a direct walk, but everyone take regular stops.

This place is absolutely stunning and totally worth a visit

We would definitely recommend though is taking beach shoes/trainers, you definitely need them to wade through the water.
